July 19th, 9am -1 pm, High elevation
We'll explore the higher elevations on this walk, where the air should be cooler in the midst of summer. We'll discuss wildcrafting, preparation and medicinal, edible and other uses of the plants we see.
$20 per person. Please register by July 15, 2008.

Carpooling suggested, I have room for a couple in my vehicle, or we can arrange to meet somewhere in town for carpooling.
Be sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, sun hat or sunscreen and camera and note pad. The walk will be mellow paced, but the ground can be rocky and uneven. Good shoes are a must. We will stop in the shade from time to time to cool off and relax. |
