Now that it has cooled off a bit, join Darcey for an exploration of the medicinal and edible plants in the lower elevations. 

 We'll meet at 8 am in a central location to arrange carpooling to our destination.  This is not a day hike, and will be more of a mild walk with lots of stops, and is suitable for just about anyone.  Please bring good shoes and plenty of water and a good hat/sunscreen.  There are some rocks in the wash we'll be exploring, but we won't be walking too fast.

Plan to be back to our departure point at 1 pm.
